Notice is hereby given that the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Citizens Rural Bank Limited will be held virtual via zoom on 29th October, 2022 at 10:15am prompt to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. To read the notice governing the meeting.
2. To receive Chairman’s Report.
3. To receive and consider the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2021 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
4. To adopt and discuss the Reports.
5. Election of directors.
6. To authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration of the Auditors
7. To approve Directors remuneration.
8. To discuss and approve the proposed dividend.
9. To transact any other business appropriate to be dealt with at an Annual General Meeting.
